TERMS OF SERVICE

1. About these terms
These terms apply to every order and service from Joey Bandino through joeybandino.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Orders and payment
Mixing and mastering is offered as Up to 10 Tracks, Full Trackout, and Mastering Only, with optional add-ons. Payment is due in full at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Your files
Send raw, 24-bit WAV files with no processing, effects, or plugins, named clearly and exported from the start of the song so everything lines up. 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz is preferred. If you leave an effect on, I may not be able to reverse or adjust it. The Up to 10 Tracks option covers sessions with up to 10 tracks. Larger sessions need Full Trackout. If your files have problems, I'll ask you to send them again, and my turnaround starts once I have usable files.

4. Ownership and clearances
You keep full ownership of your music. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you send me, and you're responsible for clearing any samples, beats, or other third-party material.

5. Delivery
Most orders are delivered in 5-7 days, as long as there are no issues with your files. If that timeline changes, I'll tell you. Express Delivery returns your order in 2-3 days. If I'm overbooked and can't meet it, I'll refund the add-on. Final files are delivered as 48 kHz/24-bit WAV by default and 320 kbps MP3 at 44.1 kHz. Other formats are available on request.

6. Revisions
Two revisions are included. Send your notes within 14 days of delivery, and after that the order is final. A revision is one round of notes on the existing mix, so please be as detailed as you can. New vocals, a new arrangement, or a different beat is a new project. Each extra revision is $50.

7. File storage
I keep your files and sessions for 90 days after delivery and back them up. I can't control hardware failure or data loss, so please keep your own copies of everything you send.

8. Credit
I'd appreciate a credit for my work on releases and on streaming platforms. It should match what I did, such as mixed by, mastered by, recorded by, or produced by. I may list your name as a client in my credits unless you tell me you'd like to opt out.

9. Refunds and store credit
Refunds and credits are covered in the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. Store credit is a dollar amount equal to what you paid, and it doesn't expire.

10. Limits on what I promise
You pay for a service and I deliver it. I don't guarantee streams, sales, playlist placement, or any release results, since those depend on marketing and other things outside my work. My total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Other services
Recording sessions, beats, and other services have their own terms, which I'll post on those pages. Beat licenses are governed by the license you choose on BeatStars.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
