This explains what information I collect when you use joeybandino.com and order my services, and what I do with it.
What I collect
Order information: your name, email, and billing details when you place an order. Payments are processed by Squarespace, so I never see or store your full card number.
Your files and notes: the audio files, reference tracks, and notes you send me.
Messages and forms: anything you send through the contact form or by email.
Website activity: basic information such as your device, browser, and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics.
How I use it
To deliver your order and communicate with you about it
To process payments, refunds, and store credit
To keep records for taxes and accounting
To understand how the site is used and to improve it
To show you my ads on other sites and measure how well they work
Your files
Your files are used only to work on your order. I keep them for 90 days after delivery and then delete them. Order and payment records are kept longer, as needed for taxes and accounting.
Who I share information with
I don't sell your information. I share it only with the services that help me run my business: Squarespace for the website and checkout, Squarespace for payments, Google Drive/Dropbox/etc. for receiving files, and my email provider. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy. I may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to make the site work, remember your cart, and understand traffic. You can turn cookies off in your browser, but some parts of the site, like checkout, may not work.
Your choices
Email me at Joey@JoeyBandino.com to ask what information I have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. I'll delete what I'm not required to keep for legal or tax reasons. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in it.
Changes
